Get your kids in the action at Olympos Burgess Hill
Freedom Leisure is getting in the action with NEW Action Nights open for 10 – 14 year olds within the local community. The new weekly sessions start on Friday 22 January 2010 and will offer children the chance to come along and try a range of different sports including swimming, trampolining, street dance taster sessions run by T21 Dance, Wii sports competitions, basketball, football, netball, uni hoc, kwik cricket, short tennis and badminton. Sessions will cost just £3.40 per child, as costs are being subsidised with the aid of Sport Unlimited funding.
The Friday night sessions, taking place at Olympos Burgess Hill, will run from 6.00pm – 8.30pm with swimming from 6:00pm – 7:00pm and multi sports from 7.30pm until 8.30pm. Children wishing to attend must fill in a registration form prior to their first session which can be picked up from the centre on Triangle Way or downloaded (see top right of the page).
The Action Nights are being organised in partnership with Mid Sussex District Council, Mid Sussex YMCA and the Sussex County Sports Partnership and will run for ten weeks (until 26 March).
