Book & Cancel Online
Booking online is easy
1. REGISTER A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AT THE CENTRE RECEPTION – You will be issued with a password. Once logged on you are able to change your password to something more memorable.
2. LOG ON – click on the link “Book & Cancel activities online”. Select the centre at which you wish to make a booking. Enter your membership number, email address and password to log on.
3. BOOK! – once your activity is booked we will send you an e-mail confirming the details of your booking.
4. TICKET COLLECTION – collect your ticket from reception and make any due payments.

To cancel online
Only unpaid bookings can be cancelled online, paid bookings must be referred to the relevant centre reception.
1. Sign in and click on My Bookings
2. Click Cancel
3. Tick the activity you wish to cancel and Cancel Booking.
4. Confirm Yes to the request.
You’re done!
Cancellation notice period
Please cancel 24 hours in advance of the activity. In the case of a ‘no-show’ a fee of £5.00 will appear as an arrear against your membership and will prevent future bookings until paid.
If you do need to cancel an activity at short notice please call the relevant centre reception and let them know.
